How Everything.Goes.Luxury handles data — plainly, and limited to what this site actually does.
Last updated 2026-08-28
Everything.Goes.Luxury is an independent editorial website published and maintained by Sebastian Ax, Egen Firma (sole proprietorship, registered in Sweden), Org.nr 900503-0136, which is the data controller for any personal data processed through this site.
For any question about this policy or about personal data, write to info@everythinggoesluxury.com. This page is maintained by the site owner and is informational — it is not legal advice and not an independent certification.
This site has no user accounts, no sign-up, no comment section, no payments and no advertising network. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or behavioural profiling, and we do not sell or share personal data.
The site shows a simple, fully anonymous visitor counter. It records only a date and a number — no IP address, user agent, referrer, cookie or device identifier is ever stored — and therefore cannot be linked to you as a person.
The partnership form on this site does not submit anything to us or store anything in a database. It simply opens a pre-filled message in your own mail application, which you choose whether to send. Nothing is recorded unless you send that email.
Subscribing to The Luxury Dispatch is voluntary. The sign-up form opens a pre-filled message in your own email application; your address reaches us only if you choose to send that email. When you do, we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any newsletter or writing to info@everythinggoesluxury.com — we will then delete your address from the mailing list.
If you choose to email info@everythinggoesluxury.com, we process your email address and the contents of your message for the sole purpose of reading and answering it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or your consent where you volunteer additional details.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and is then deleted. Email is handled through a standard commercial email provider acting on our behalf.
The site is hosted on the Lovable platform and delivered through its content delivery network. As with any web hosting, the provider's infrastructure may technically process connection data such as your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp in server logs, for the purposes of delivering the site, operational stability and security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
This means the hosting provider acts as a processor or sub-processor for technical delivery. Describing the platform's capabilities here is factual and does not constitute a compliance certification of any kind.
We set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party cookies.
The only thing this site stores in your browser is a single local-storage entry named egl-cookie-consent, which records whether you dismissed the cookie notice so it is not shown again. It contains no identifier and is never transmitted anywhere. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Where we hold personal data about you — in practice this means email correspondence — you have the right to:
You may contact us at info@everythinggoesluxury.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY, imy.se).
Our guides discuss hotels, destinations and luxury brands editorially. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand mentioned unless explicitly stated. Any site you reach through an external link has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Rates, availability and descriptions are provided for general information only and may change without notice.
Some links in our guides are partner or affiliate links. If you book or buy through one of them, we may receive a commission from the hotel, brand or booking provider at no additional cost to you. Such links are marked on the page and carry the rel="sponsored" attribute.
Commercial placements — featured entries, brand profiles and newsletter placements — are clearly identified as partnerships. Editorial selection is made independently: payment never buys inclusion, ranking or a favourable description. This satisfies the marketing-identification requirement of the Swedish Marketing Act (marknadsföringslagen) and the FTC endorsement guidelines.
Clicking a partner link takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy practices. Partner links may carry a plain campaign parameter identifying Everything.Goes.Luxury as the referring site; it contains no information about you.
The site is aimed at a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If the site later adds features that collect personal data beyond what is described here — for example a contact form or analytical tools — this policy will be updated before those features go live, and any consent required will be obtained at that point. The date above always reflects the current version.
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We only store your choice locally in your browser so this notice is not shown again. Privacy policy
