Everything.Goes.Luxury is an independent editorial website published and maintained by Sebastian Ax, Egen Firma (sole proprietorship, registered in Sweden), Org.nr 900503-0136, which is the data controller for any personal data processed through this site.

This site has no public user profiles, no comment section, no payments and no advertising network. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or behavioural profiling, and we do not sell or share personal data.
The site shows a simple, fully anonymous visitor counter. It records only a date and a number — no IP address, user agent, referrer, cookie or device identifier is ever stored — and therefore cannot be linked to you as a person.
The partnership form opens a pre-filled message in your own mail application. The private acquisition form inside The Vault sends the name, email address, company and message you choose to provide directly to us by email. The form is not stored in the website database.
Subscribing to The Luxury Dispatch is voluntary. The sign-up form submits your email address directly to us. We then send a confirmation email to the address you provided, and your subscription is only activated if you click the confirmation link. We store your email address for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or writing to info@everythinggoesluxury.com — we will then delete your address from the mailing list.
Reading The Vault concierge chat requires signing in. For that we store your email address and an encrypted password through our authentication provider, solely to give you access (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The questions you type are sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) to generate an answer; we do not store the conversation, and the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat. You can have your account deleted at any time via /delete-account or by writing to us.
When you submit the private acquisition form inside The Vault, we process the details you provide solely to assess and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling a business enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
The message is sent to info@everythinggoesluxury.com through our email provider. Correspondence is retained only while the enquiry or any resulting business relationship is active, and thereafter only where required for legal or accounting purposes.
If you choose to email info@everythinggoesluxury.com, we process your email address and the contents of your message for the sole purpose of reading and answering it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or your consent where you volunteer additional details.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and is then deleted. Email is handled through a standard commercial email provider acting on our behalf.
The site is hosted on the Lovable platform and delivered through its content delivery network. As with any web hosting, the provider's infrastructure may technically process connection data such as your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp in server logs, for the purposes of delivering the site, operational stability and security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
This means the hosting provider acts as a processor or sub-processor for technical delivery. Describing the platform's capabilities here is factual and does not constitute a compliance certification of any kind.
We set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party cookies.
The only thing this site stores in your browser is a single local-storage entry named egl-cookie-consent, which records whether you dismissed the cookie notice so it is not shown again. It contains no identifier and is never transmitted anywhere. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand mentioned unless explicitly stated. Clicking a partner link takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy practices. Some partner links pass through the Awin affiliate network (AWIN AG, Germany), which records the click so that a commission can be attributed if you complete a booking or purchase. Awin then acts as its own controller under its own privacy policy (awin.com/gb/privacy). Everything.Goes.Luxury itself sets no cookies and receives no personal data about you from these clicks — only aggregated commission reports.
