How Everything.Goes.Luxury handles data — plainly described, and limited to what the site actually does.
Last updated 2026-10-21
Everything.Goes.Luxury is an independent editorial website published and maintained by Sebastian Ax, Egen Firma (sole proprietorship), Org.nr 900503-0136, who is the data controller for the personal data processed via the website.
Questions about this policy or about personal data are sent to info@everythinggoesluxury.com. The page is maintained by the site owner and is informative — it does not constitute legal advice and is not an independent certification.
The website has no public user profiles, no comments, no payments and no advertising network. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting and no behavioural profiling. We do not sell or share personal data.
The site shows a simple, fully anonymous visit counter. It stores only a date and a number — no IP address, user agent, referrer, cookie or device identifier is ever saved — and therefore cannot be linked to you as a person.
The partner form opens a pre-filled message in your own email client. The private acquisition form inside The Vault sends the name, email address, company and message you choose to provide directly to us by email. The form is not stored in the website database.
Subscribing to The Luxury Dispatch is voluntary. The sign-up form submits your email address directly to us. We then send a confirmation email, and your subscription is only activated if you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). We store your email address, its status and the page you signed up from for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1 a), which you may withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or writing to info@everythinggoesluxury.com — we will then delete your address from the mailing list.
Reading The Vault concierge chat requires signing in. For that we store your email address and an encrypted password through our authentication provider, solely to give you access (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The questions you type are sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) to generate an answer; we do not store the conversation, and the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat. You can have your account deleted at any time via /delete-account or by writing to us.
When you submit the private acquisition form inside The Vault, we process the information you provide solely to assess and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling a business enquiry (GDPR art. 6.1 f) and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into an agreement (GDPR art. 6.1 b).
The message is sent to info@everythinggoesluxury.com through our email provider. Correspondence is retained only while the enquiry or a resulting business relationship is active, and thereafter only where required by law or accounting obligations.
If you choose to email info@everythinggoesluxury.com we process your email address and the content of the message solely to read and answer it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6.1 f), or your consent when you voluntarily provide additional information.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and is deleted thereafter. Email is handled via a standard commercial email provider acting on our behalf.
The website is operated on the Lovable platform and delivered via its content network. As with all web hosting, the provider's infrastructure may technically process connection data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested address and timestamp in server logs. The purpose is delivery of the page, operational stability and security (GDPR art. 6.1 f). We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
This means the hosting provider acts as a processor or sub-processor for the technical delivery. The description here is factual and implies no compliance certification.
We set no cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking, and no third-party cookies.
The only thing the website stores in your browser is a local storage entry named egl-cookie-consent, which records that you have dismissed the cookie notice so it is not shown again. It contains no identifier and is never sent anywhere. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
To the extent we process personal data about you — in practice email correspondence, newsletter subscriptions and sign-in accounts — you have the right to:
Contact info@everythinggoesluxury.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
Our guides describe hotels, destinations and luxury brands editorially. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any mentioned brand unless explicitly stated. Websites you reach via external links have their own privacy practices that we do not control.
Prices, availability and descriptions are general information and may change without notice.
Some links in our guides are partner or affiliate links. If you book or buy through such a link we may receive a commission from the hotel, brand or booking provider, at no extra cost to you. Such links are marked on the page and carry the rel="sponsored" attribute.
Commercial placements — featured mentions, brand profiles and newsletter placements — are clearly identified as partnerships. The editorial selection is made independently: payment never buys inclusion, placement or a favourable description. This satisfies the marketing identification requirement under the Swedish Marketing Act and the FTC guidelines.
When you click a partner link you arrive at a third-party site with its own privacy practices. Some partner links pass through the Awin affiliate network (AWIN AG, Germany), which registers the click so that a commission can be attributed if you complete a booking or purchase. Awin then acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (awin.com/gb/privacy). Everything.Goes.Luxury itself sets no cookies and receives no personal data about you from these clicks — only aggregated commission reports.
The website is aimed at a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If the website later gains features that collect personal data beyond what is described here — for example analytics tools — this policy will be updated before they are taken into use, and any necessary consent will be obtained then. The date above always reflects the current version.
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We only store your choice locally in your browser so this notice is not shown again. Privacy policy
